Private dormitories are a new trend on the Polish real-estate market: public student houses no longer meet growing expectations, while renting a standard flat costs nearly the same.

The concept proposes private student houses with restaurants, a media centre, a gym and small services such as a print shop and laundry, with greenery and recreation areas that support student life.
